For the launch in May at 5:30am, SHAR was running a shuttle bus from Sullurpeta Bus stand to Launch View Gallery. This is the email that I had received before the launch:

Congratulations on registering for witnessing PSLV-C46 Launch scheduled at 05.30 am on 22.05.2019 (Wednesday Early hours) from SDSC SHAR, Sriharikota. For convenience of out station visitors APSRTC buses are being operated from Sullurpeta Bus stand to Launch View Gallery, SHAR Sriharikota from 02.30 am to 04.30 am (early hours of 22.05.2019) on payment basis, same will return back at 06.30 am to Sullurpeta Bus stand.
